Amach Software Case Study

Objective

Having seen incredible growth through organic channels and networking, Amach wanted to take the next step and to build a repeatable process and marketing engine to drive the business forward.

Well established with a number of clients, the challenge was to position this services company in a way to make it simple and easy for new clients to come on board and to grow with the business.

Approach

  • Mapping existing business – brands, offerings, strategies tried, products.
  • Understand the existing client base – and what could be repeated to deliver fast results to new prospective clients.
  • Brand review and update to support the business trajectory and target audiences.
  • Distil and rebuild existing digital footprint, build new website in new domain.
  • Build go-to-market strategy, budgets and team.
  • Launch digital campaigns to start growth of brand visibility in target audience.
  • Launch “the big one” – the World Aviation Festival and deliver pipeline for Sales.

Execution

Once we had the brand reviewed and revised, the senior management team onboard the first stage was to build the new website, with the focus on the audience we had in mind, and the solutions we could provide.

Digital campaigns were kicked off – digital roundtables, short form content, longer form sponsored content and ultimately Amach hosted webinars.

Whilst these started building early pipeline opportunities for Sales and for Customer Success, the real goal here was to firmly establish Amach as leaders in their targeted space, and it worked. Traffic grew, registrants and attendees to digital events grew.

Behind the scenes, included rebuilding all company content into the new branding and supporting new content delivery for Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

New marketing content was quickly spun up with the delivery of a custom trained GPT model using significant content inputs from brand guidelines, early content builds, interviews with the founder etc.

There was also the need to proactively support the product function as they built new tools to support their clients customer services teams with AI toolkits.

Finally, the big show! The World Aviation Festival. This was the final piece of the puzzle for Amach. Working closely with Product, Sales and Biz Dev, we delivered the most successful show I have been involved in. Every targeted company was prebooked for face-to-face time. Dinner was hosted, the stand was simple and elegant and the speaking engagement drove real conversations.

Results

  • Additional Sales pipeline of more than €4 million.
  • New website and brand, including all supporting documentation.
  • 4 x growth in traffic through purely organic SEO.
  • Increased visibility and traction into key Sales accounts through hyper focused ABM strategies.
